ABOUT THE SHOP
Who designs your products?
All designs are created by me. Every item features original artwork, graphics, or illustrations that I’ve personally crafted. Nothing here is mass-produced or pulled from generic design libraries.
How are your products made?
I work with trusted print-on-demand partners — Printful and Inkthreadable. When you place an order, the item is created just for you. They handle the printing, packing, and shipping from the facility closest to your location.
Do you keep inventory?
Nope — every product is made to order. This reduces waste and allows me to offer a wide range of designs, colours, and sizes without stock limitations.
Why use print-on-demand?
It lets me focus on creating unique artwork while ensuring high-quality printing and efficient global fulfilment. Plus, it’s more eco-friendly since products aren’t made until they’re needed.

How long does it take to make my order?
Most items take 2–7 business days to be produced before shipping. Larger orders, specialty prints, or peak seasons (holidays, sales events) may take a little longer.
Will different products in my order be made at the same facility?
Not always. Some items may come from Printful, others from Inkthreadable. Because of this, multi-item orders may arrive in separate packages.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Do you ship internationally?
Yes at request — I can ship worldwide but currently the website is set for UK and EU ONLY, please reach out to me via a contact form if you require something to be shipped to the US,Canada or non-EU countries. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
After production, typical delivery times are:
UK & EU: 2–7 business days
USA & Canada: 3–8 business days
Rest of the world: varies by destination
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email. Tracking updates usually appear within 24–48 hours of dispatch.
My tracking hasn’t updated — what should I do?
Sometimes carriers take a bit to scan packages into their system. If tracking hasn’t updated for 3–5 days, feel free to reach out and I’ll investigate for you.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn’t entered production yet, I can usually update the address. Once production has started, it’s no longer possible to change the shipping details.
Do you deliver to PO boxes?
Yes, in most regions. Some carriers may have restrictions depending on the product type.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & ISSUES
What is your return policy?

Because everything is made to order, I don’t accept returns or exchanges for sizing, colour preferences, or ordering mistakes. However, if there’s an issue with the product, I’m always here to help.
What if my item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective?
If something isn’t right, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. I’ll arrange a replacement or refund — whichever you prefer.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
I can’t accept returns for sizing errors since each item is custom printed. If you need help choosing a size, feel free to ask — I’m happy to guide you!
My order arrived but part of it is missing — what now?
If your order includes items from different fulfillment centers or different product types, they may ship separately. Check your shipping confirmation — you may have multiple tracking numbers.

PRODUCTS & MATERIALS
What kind of quality can I expect?
Both Printful and Inkthreadable produce high-quality prints using industry-leading equipment. Most garments use soft, durable cotton or cotton-blend materials, and print quality is sharp and long-lasting.
How should I care for printed items?
For best results:
- Wash inside out
- Use cold water
- Avoid bleach or harsh detergents
- Tumble dry low or hang dry
- Don’t iron directly over the print
Are your products eco-friendly?
Both printing partners use responsible production practices, including made-to-order manufacturing (reducing waste), water-based inks on most items, and eco-conscious packaging when available.

CHARITY & GIVING BACK
Do you donate to charity?
Yes — 5% of the gross product sale amount is donated to charity through a verified Shopify integration called Pledge.
How does the donation process work?
The Pledge app automatically processes donations based on your purchase amount. This ensures transparency, accuracy, and timely delivery of funds to the selected charity or charities.
Can I choose the charity my purchase supports?
Usually yes, as the charity you choose to donate to should be selected at checkout. However there are exceptions when a product is being sold to raise funds for a specified charity donation campaign. If customer-choice donations are active, you’ll be able to pick a charity at checkout. If not, donations go to the featured charity listed on the site.
Is the donation taken from my payment or from your revenue?
The donation comes from my side — 5% of the gross product sale (before fees or expenses) is donated. There’s no extra cost to you as standard, however if you should wish to donate extra, you can do so using the donation button on the checkout page. 

ORDERING & CUSTOM REQUESTS
Can I request a custom design?
Absolutely! If you’d like a personalised version of an existing design or want something made from scratch, just reach out via the contact form and I can create something for you from scratch. Please note that this will be created as a custom product and an extra fee of £5 per item design will be added to your product cost due to the extra time and design work required to do this.
Do you offer gift notes?
Some items allow for gift notes depending on the fulfilment provider. If you need one, send me a message and I’ll let you know what’s possible.
Do you offer bulk or group discounts?
Yes — for larger orders or group projects, feel free to get in touch and I’ll provide a custom quote.
